What is Flowtrition?
Flowtrition is a very specific and gentle touch that allows for the integration of our life experiences, both current and past, that we have stored in our bodies as tension. it is a means of finding what touch, nutrition and thought the will encourage the growth and evolution of the individual.
What makes this approach unique and profound is the direct communication that occurs neurologically. As the body integrates stored information (stress & tension), from the past or present, it moves from a state of survival (sympathetic nervous system) to a state of healing and growth (parasympathetic nervous system). When this occurs, one's potential for healing is unlimited.
Often, two to five touches, made in less than 5 minutes can bring substantial changes. Session normally last anywhere between 10 to 30 minutes.
When we are in a state of flow, the mind and body are in a state of healing and growth. We have an increased awareness and connection to our self, to other people, and to the environment around us, allowing for greater health, harmony and well-being at a physical, mental, and emotional level.
One thing that makes Flowtrition unique, is that a person doing Flowtrition, is not trying to fix, or change anyone. We see the perfection of the person and their body, without judgement. The purpose with Flowtrition is to connect through a light touch, and let the nervous system, the body decide what it wants to do next. For many people this can be a shift, which leads to symptom relief, but that is not the primary purpose, because removal of pain, is not always a sign of improved health. What is more important is the body learning to respond in the most appropriate manner to it's environment. We are allowing the body the opportunity to make changes from within, which is more empowering than trying to force something to change when it is not ready.
